Use an oximeter- it keeps track of the pulse and avg should be 75to 100
SPO2 should be above 95 if it drops below that consult a doctor
Do not isolate the person menatlly as well, comfort them and make them feel good, covid toll on mental health too
But it doesn’t mean to enter the room unnecessarily of covid patient , wear a double mask and maintain enough distance
Sleep on stomach or the side
Do lung exercises - blow a balloon may be
Take a walk in the room itself but don’t exhaust yourself
