Physical wellbeing:

Times like this could be hard and really stressful, also confusing sometimes seeing a lot of information over socials can be a little too overwhelming. But for the time being let’s try our best to help each other out, we all can get through this together.

So here’s a one stop information for you all :-

  • Trust verified resources only

  • Take the symptoms seriously and get yourself tested if you see any

  • Follow SSM - social distance, sanitizer , mask

  • Don’t hesitate to reach out help over any platform

  • Do yoga and mediation

  • Drink plenty of fluids (warm)

  • Gargle with salt water

  • Take regular steam

  • Drinking alcohol and smoking is a big no

  • No concoctions


Some measures and tips while treating covid at home;- ( also please do not rush to the hospital if it’s mild )

  1. Keep track of their health on a regular intervals in a sheet, checking their SPO2, pulse and temperature

  2. Use an oximeter- it keeps track of the pulse and avg should be 75to 100

  3. SPO2 should be above 95 if it drops below that consult a doctor

  4. Do not isolate the person menatlly as well, comfort them and make them feel good, covid toll on mental health too

  5. But it doesn’t mean to enter the room unnecessarily of covid patient , wear a double mask and maintain enough distance

  6. Sleep on stomach or the side

  7. Do lung exercises - blow a balloon may be

  8. Take a walk in the room itself but don’t exhaust yourself

  9. PRONING

  10. Please understand you do not have to try all totkas forwarded on whatsapp!

  11. Intake of multivitamins and omega3


Also reaching FOR help and TO help is very important. It might be for an oxygen cylinder, an ICU bed, food during isolation, consultation from a doctor or anytime we can help each other whatever in our capacity, we can use socials like instagram and twitter for the same. These are the times when we can use such platforms to save lives, however make sure to use the right hashtags and tags so that your request reaches the right crowd!
